• All Flexonauts figures and related products are original, 3D-printed, and handmade. As a result, minor variations in color, shape, or finish may occur.
• Product images and descriptions are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may differ slightly.

3. Orders

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., in case of errors or suspected misuse).

4. Prices & Payment

• All prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full before shipping.
• We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via bpost or another designated carrier.
• Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or external factors.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details on returns, refunds, and exchanges.

7. Intellectual Property

• All designs are the property of 3DGOB. All names, stories, and content related to Flexonauts and JPB Studios 3D are the property of JPB Studios 3D. Copying or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or webshop.
• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Privacy

• Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
• We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to process your order.

10. Changes to Terms
