  • Belgium: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after shipping.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and order value.
  • Free shipping is available for orders above a certain value (as indicated on the webshop).
  • For orders below this value, standard shipping rates apply.

Tracking

  • You can use this number to follow your shipment’s progress.

  • All products are carefully packed in eco-friendly cardboard boxes to ensure safe delivery and support our sustainability mission.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
