Returns

  • Unique Products: Every Flexonauts figure is handmade and unique. Small variations in color, shape, or finish are normal and part of the production process. Returns based on these minor differences are not accepted.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via [contact form/email]. Include clear photos of the issue so we can find a suitable solution together.
  • Custom & Special Orders: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds

  • Return Approval: If your return request is approved (e.g., for damage or incorrect delivery), you will receive a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
  • No Refunds: No refunds are given for products with normal 3D print variations or due to misuse.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or product damage.
